Better together

ArcLight6 has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sprout Technologies LLC. Sprout brings scientific research, modeling & simulation, mission engineering, AI, and wargaming; ArcLight6 brings engineering, cybersecurity, and mission-focused technology. Together: an end-to-end strategic, research, engineering, and mission support partner for national security customers.

The transaction is expected to finalize in the coming months. It is not yet complete.
