  • Who they collaborate with, and what they own outright.

  • The qualifications that genuinely disqualify someone if absent.
  • Clearance level required at start, and whether ArcLight6 will sponsor.
  • Certifications that are contractually required rather than nice to have.

Preferred

  • What would make a candidate stronger without being a gate.
  • Keep this list short. Long preferred lists deter the people you want.
