How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, and deliver support under an active engagement.
To operate and secure the site, diagnose faults, and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add form submissions to marketing lists.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, we process form submissions on the basis of your request (steps toward a contract) and site telemetry on the basis of legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Sensitive and controlled information
Do not submit classified information, CUI, or export-controlled technical data through this site. Our forms are not an approved channel for controlled data. Call us to arrange an appropriate transfer method.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless they become part of a contract record, in which case retention follows the contract and applicable federal record requirements.
Site telemetry is retained in aggregate.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted. Where GDPR or comparable law applies, you may also object to processing or request portability.

Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to form submissions is limited to personnel who need it. Our engineers hold CISSP, C|CISO, CDPSE, CASP+, and Security+ credentials and apply the same controls internally that we advise on.

The site is directed at organizations, not individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
