What we provide

What we will need from you

  • The solicitation or program name, and the scope you need covered.
  • Period of performance and place of performance.
  • Clearance and citizenship requirements for the roles.
  • Security requirements that flow down to us, including CUI handling.
  • The instrument you intend to use: subcontract, teaming agreement, or purchase order.
  • Key personnel requirements, if the scope names them.

What we provide

  • Support for market research: capability statements, sources-sought responses, and rough order-of-magnitude input.
  • Work sized for micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds as readily as for larger scopes.
  • Delivery under a prime where a contract vehicle we do not hold is required.

  • The agency, office, and the requirement in plain terms.
  • The NAICS code and set-aside intent you are working to.
  • The purchase method you have in mind: micro-purchase, simplified acquisition, an existing vehicle, or through a prime.

  • Who needs to be in the room for a decision.

How the engagement usually runs

  2. Scoped proposalWritten scope, assumptions, and price against the published rate card.
  3. Statement of workDeliverables, acceptance, and a named engineering lead.
