What we can say, and why the rest is not here

Much of this work cannot be described in public. Program names, customer identities, and technical detail stay inside the engagement. So each entry says what it can: the type of customer, the domain, the problem, what we did, and what changed. Where the detail is releasable under NDA or in a cleared discussion, the entry says that too.

A firm that publishes everything about its defense work is telling you something about how it handles yours.

National carrier and federal aviation programs

Pending confirmation

Problem: Carrier-scale networks where a maintenance window is measured against subscriber impact, and where an outage is a public event rather than an internal one.
What we did: Built and operated network infrastructure at carrier scale: architecture, deployment, and ongoing operation of systems serving millions of endpoints.
Outcome: Experience running change at a scale where the blast radius of a mistake is measured in subscribers, brought to engagements that need the same discipline at a smaller size.

Compliance & standardization

Customer type, e.g. “Defense prime, 200-person engineering division”

Template: not a real engagement

Problem: What the customer was facing, in their terms. One or two sentences. No customer name unless it is cleared for public use.
What we did: What ArcLight6 did. Specific enough that a peer can tell it is real work; general enough to release.
Outcome: What changed. A number only where it can be evidenced. “Assessment passed with no major findings” beats “improved security posture”.

Government & defense

Customer type, e.g. “Federal civilian agency, CUI environment”

Template: not a real engagement

Problem: Where the work cannot be described publicly, describe the class of problem rather than the program.
What we did: Say what discipline was applied, at what scale, over what period. Silence about specifics reads as discipline; vagueness about everything reads as absence.
Outcome: State the outcome at the level the customer would accept in writing.
